Hebrews 3:13 - But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.
Exhorting one another (ஒருவருக்கொருவர் புத்தி சொல்லுதல்) in fellowship is absolutely necessary to build everyone together in Christ. But today when someone exhorts another person in Christ, the latter uses the word "Judge not; I am guided by the Holy Spirit. So do not give any advice to me". When a person attains such a stage, he is in grave danger and highly deceived. Exhort one another with love.
This chapter is a clear reminder that we ought to stay in fellowship and that we should not backslide.
